Experimental House is artist-run shared studio,base on the Tainan City in the south of Taiwan,it is an individual art studio founded in 2015.
Many people come to the cities in search of cheap and old house in need of repair, the ideal state of mind to create the appearance of, and life down.
The city gradually accommodate batch and batch of the unique personality place, more and more people explored in the the old and new alleys, each adventure is just like making a new map.To adjust the pace is in necessary for making the original record of the conflict, messy and surprise paths.

Three private rooms with different size：
Single room size2.1m*3.9m
Double-bed roomA size:2.4m*4.3m for 1-2 people
Double-bed roomA size:2.8m*4.3m for 1-2 people
Two shared studio for common use:
Rooftop studio:Suitable with big model work,sculpture work or big painting work.
Ground floor studio:Versatile space to read,rest and eat.Sometimes may be a small work-shop.
Common facilities:Kitchen,freezer,shower room,laundry machine,bikes,wifi.
／Our program:
Our program aims to collaboration and communication between artists and local place inspired. Artists of all disciplines are welcome.
Here can be a place with discussion of various creative phenomena, such as developing chemical change or view zooming.
There is lots of outdoor space to make adventure,our location is between beach side and urban side.The salt-pan and salt-mountain are special local product.Or come to get own space and time is also available.
We are support to make workshops or present residents' art during the residency.
／Presentation of art-work:
We can provide solo or group exhibition for artworkers.
Welcome to reservation your solo exhibition before you arrive,we can range case-by-case basis.By bike in 15mins to the centre district,there is a small gallery named WUWU which is collaborates with Experimental House.
／Transportation
From Tao-Yuan airport,you can take bus or high-speed-rail to Tainan area.
*Bus:Transfer at 中壢轉運站 to Tainan Railway station,then take city-bus NO.6 to 新建路 station.Take a walk about 2mins to our place.
*High-speed-rail:Take the airport shuttle service to Tau-Yuan high-speed-rail
station to Tainan high-speed-rail station,then take the transfer-bus R31 to 興南客運台南站.After that,take taxi to our place about 5mins.

Famous view points and local food from our place is easy to get by bike or walk.
The explore direction to the city side,we can reach old temples,historical sites,library, stationery, traditional film studio, traditional markets, convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping district, monuments, art galleries, bookstores, bars and cinemas. And other way to the sea side, we are close to many coastal communities and old buildings.Even a small island full of quiet forests and beach sand.
